Instant restaurant style pavbhaji

Hello friends I'm back with another recipe that is from one of my favourite dishes. Today I'm gonna share how to make restaurant style pavbhaji that will not take much of your time.
Pav bhaji mostly known as mumbai street food but it's famous all over the india. This buttery pavbhaji is really gonna calm your taste buds so let's start with the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Carrot -3 (medium size)
  • Capsicum -1/2cup(1/4 cup use in cooker and 1/4 finely chhoped for tadka)
  • Potato -3 (medium size)
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower- 1.5cup
  • Beans- 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli-2
  • Onion -2(1 for tadka and one for serving)
  • Tomato-2(large)
  • Coriander leaves for garnish(optional)
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  • Lemon-1
Spices
  • Salt- as per your taste
  • Red chilli- 1tsp
  • Turmeric-1tsp
  • Pavbhaji masala-2tbsp
  • Garam masala-1tsp 
Oil
  • Oil -2tbsp
  • Butter 3tbsp
Process

Take pressure cooker add vegetables except onion, tomato and green chilli. Add half of capsicum in cooker. Now add half of spices into vegetables and reserve the half of spices for tadka, now add half cup of water in to cooker and cook the vegetables till 3 whistle.

     


Now take another pan/wok add refined oil and 1tbsp butter.once butter melts add 1 and finely chopped onion and saute till transulate then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2min. Now add peas and finely chopped capsicum and cook for 2 min.                                                                                 


 Now add tomatoes, green chilli and reserved spices, cover it with lid and cook until oil releases.                                                                 

By the time your pressure cooker veggies will be done so mash them.                                                     

Now add these mashed veggies in onion tomato masala and add water to adjust the consistency,cover it with lid and cook for 10min.

On the top add another tablespoon of butter and stir it, at last add half lemon juice and stir it.bhaji is ready.                                                                       
I used Store bought pav with bhaji

     Put some butter on tava add little bit salt, chilli. Slit the pav and put on the tava and coat it with the butter serve hot with bhaji
add some butter on the top and garnish with coriander (optional) along with chopped onion and half lemon. Enjoy our delicious restaurant style pavbhaji
