Caramlised apple upside down cake| Cake in pan |Let's cook

You know guys I have a sweet tooth and my cravings for sweet suddenly start specially for cakes, brownies and short breads. If you know, you know how much time a cake takes to get baked. And for sudden cravings you can't wait for long so recently i came up with the recipe that takes only five minutes for preparation and just five minutes for cooking. Ofcours you all want to know what recipe it is, so it is a caramelized apple upside down cake and I made this cake in pan so you don't worry if you don't have OTG or any other source of baking. Cake turn out to be amazing. So I thought why not to share it with you guys. Let's start with the ingredients first.
INGREDIENTS:
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Plain flour - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 or 2 tbsp
COOKING TIME
It took 5 to 6 minutes for me but it can be different for you as depends on the flame, burner size of your cook stove. You need to place the pan on small burner and cook it on low flame check after 5 min. if required then cook for another 2 minutes. If you feels the flame is high of smaller burner then you keep griddle/tawa under cake pan.

PROCESS:
1. First of all take two eggs in mixing bowl and beat/whisk it nicely.
2.After beating the eggs, add 1/2 cup sugar and stir until it get dissolves.
3.Now add butter milk into it and mix it well. You can also add kefir instead of butter milk or you can do one thing take 2 tbsp of yogurt then add milk/ water and whisk it and measure 1/2 cup and add into your better.
4. Now add a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix all well and keep it aside.
4. Now take another mixing bowl ans sieve 1 cup plain flour.
6. Once it is done keep it aside, now you need one apple, green or red any one is fine. You may or may not peel the apple. I prefer to peel the apple and then cut into the slices.


9. Now your cake is ready to be bake. Cover the pan with lid and keep the pan on small burner and cook it on low flame. After 5 min. check if cake is done or need to be cook for a little more. Incase the heat of small burner feels bit high then keep something under your pan like tawa/griddle it will prevent cake from burning.
10. You will see bubbles on the top layer which is totally fine, use a toothpick method to find out if cake is done. Let it sit for 5 minutes then take out on your serving plate by putting upside down and you will see beautiful caramelized apple. If you want you can dust it with some sugar powder.
