5 minute chocolate cake in pan
I love cakes and baking them too. I always try to prepare the recipes in the easier way and cake in pan is one of them. When I don't have much time cake in pan is my good to go recipe. One thing is good about it, you don't need oven, microwave, butter paper and pressure cooker so any one can make it at home easily. I'm sharing the recipe of chocolate cake but you can choose the flavor according to your preference.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour-1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Butter-1/4 stick
Cocoa powder-3 tsp
Milk-1/4 cup
Egg-1
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
For chocolate ganache
Baking bar-1/2 cup
Or
Choco chips
Heavy cream-2 tbsp
Utensils:
Heavy bottom nonstick pan
Mixing bowl
Measuring cup
Spatula
Baking time:
6 to 7 mins.
However it depends on the heat and pan
Process:
Take heavy bottom nonstick pan, add butter and melt it.
Now transfer melted butter in to bowl and stir it to cool down before you add an egg.
Now add egg and whisk it immediately so you don't get any crumbles
After beating the egg and butter together add sugar and mix all well.
As I'm making chocolate cake so here I'm adding 3 tsp cocoa powder.
Mix all ingredients nicely and then add all purpose flour and baking soda and mix it with cut and fold method.
Now take same pan in which you have melted the butter and pour cake batter into it.
Bake your cake on low flame for about 5to 6 mins with lid on
Once your cake is done keep aside for 5 mins and then pour chocolate milk on it ( I poured the milk in same bowl which one I used to make chocolate ganache and I added little sugar after mixing pour on the cake). Once cake absorb the syrup decorate your cake with chocolate ganache.
For chocolate ganache
Heavy whipping cream-2tbsp
Baking chocolate-1/4 cup
Use double boiler to melt the chocolate, when it start melting add cream and stir it nicely.
