Eggless Chocolate cake

Today I'm gonna share quick recipe of eggless chocolate sponge cake. I bet you once you are going to try this recipe you are not going to buy cake from outside so let's start with ingredients 
All purpose flour 1.5 cup(180g.m)
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1tsp(check expiry date)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1cup
Water or milk 1cup
Cooking oil 1/3 cup
Vinegar 1tbsp
Vanilla essence 1tbsp
Preheat the oven to 180° and grease cake tin with butter and keep it aside. Now take one bowl and sieve

the dry ingredients and take another bowl and mix together all wet ingredients, now gradually add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Use cut and fold method while mixing. Consistency should be smooth and now pour the batter into the cake tin.  Tap it twice to remove the air bubbles. Now place the tin inside the oven and bake it for 30 min on 180° after 30 min insert a toothpick in cake and check. If it comes out clear your cake is done if not then bake for another 10 min.
